Monitoring subscriptions
- Essentials — $299 / month, up to 10 meters / data points. Single-site live PUE and monthly analytics for a small facility getting its first cloud view.
- Growth — $699 / month, up to 25 meters / data points. Multi-rack or multi-customer metering with per-rack split and SLA-event timestamping.
- Professional — $1,499 / month, up to 75 meters / data points. Multi-site or 24/7 monitoring, per-customer SLA reporting, and AI-generated monthly reports.
Consulting retainers
- Retainer Lite — a few advisory hours each month for PUE benchmarks, tariff questions, and SLA contract reviews.
- Retainer Standard — a dedicated engineer on a monthly cadence for capacity planning, redundancy posture, and on-site contractor coordination.

What we refer
- Physical installation, construction coordination, and on-site commissioning are referred to our vetted contractor partner network.
- Operations and maintenance contracts are held by the contractor partner; CGP Inc oversees on your behalf but does not perform direct labor.
- CGP Inc does not hold install contracts and does not dispatch field crews.
